PHYSIC:

* Journeys up to 15 miles, with a maximium of 800m vertical ascent over the day.
** Journeys up to 25 miles, with a maximium of 1500m vertical ascent over the day.
*** More than 25 miles a day, and over 1500 meters of vertical ascent over the day.
**** You like to set new records or at list to psh your own limits? Those programs based on high intensity long day rides are made for you.

 

TECHNIQUE:
*Able to stand on the pedals and to brake keeping the balance. Few or little technical sections which can be skipped walking aside the bike. Large and groomed tracks without major difficulties.
**Able to anticipate difficulties to be in a good position to overcome them, brake precisely, set his bike in a wished line. Steeper but quite rolly trails with a few technical places skippable by walking aside the bike.
*** Able to ride and steer his bike in any terrain including steeper slopes. Able to clear natural obstacles knowing his own limits. Uneven singletracks with rocky, rootsy sections and sharps switchbacks.
**** You are known for having a truly good bar handling. Challenging and even charging notions don't scare you. You are used to ride "no fall zone" tracks. And if it's really unrideable, a bit of bike carrying doesn't frighten you.

Our base is a the center of Europe regarding bikepark riding. Within less than one hour of driving we can ride in one of those great places.

Morzine: pionner MTB resort started to organise international competition at the end of the last century. Major pole in the mountainbike industry with several pilots, teams and even brands based there.

Verbier: its chalets, its mountain pastures , its glaciers and peaks … the perfect Swiss resort. Verbier and all the Val de Bagnes are for a long time a land of mountainbike. Premium quality bike park, its slopes offers great features to enhance riding abilities and machines.

Pila: One of Sam Hill’s top 3, it cannot be contradicted! To sum up, you’ll find in Pila what you didn’t find during the previous days: Sun (a lot), larches, and a southern Alps specific atmosphere.Regarding the vertical drop, it’s unbeatable! 1730m, it’s the altitude difference between the top of Chamolé chairlift and the Aosta gondola parking
